Terms and Conditions of the Korean Head Spa Online Store
General Provisions and Contact Information These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the rules and conditions for using the Korean Head Spa online store, operating at https://koreanheadspa.com.
The Store is owned by Buce Europe sp. z o.o., with its registered office at UL. SMARDZOWSKA 91C, 52-234 WROCŁAW, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under number KRS: 0001134544, VAT No: 8993007275, REGON: 529995140 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller").

Technical Requirements To use the Store, the following requirements must be met:

An active email address.
Personal Data The Seller is the data controller of the Store's customers. All information regarding the processing of personal data of customers and other users of the Store's website can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Conclusion of a Sales Contract and Customer Account The Store enables the purchase of goods (hereinafter referred to as "Products") displayed on the Store’s website in two modes:

Without registration;

With a registered account in the Store.
In both cases, to place an order, the customer must select Products in the Store, add them to the "Basket" using the appropriate button, and proceed with the order process by selecting the necessary options (delivery method and payment).
Product descriptions and prices in the Store constitute an invitation to conclude a sales contract under Article 71 of the Civil Code, in accordance with these Terms.
To place an order, the customer must complete the order form with all the required data necessary for executing the contract and, optionally (if requested by the customer), details for issuing a VAT invoice.
If a customer decides to create an account in the Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Account"), registration is a one-time process. The customer’s email address and chosen password will be used for future logins. Details regarding the Seller's provision of digital Account services are specified below in the Account Terms. The Store also allows login via social media and/or a Google user account. Upon logging into the Account, the customer can access their order history and will not have to re-enter personal data for future purchases.
A customer may cancel their Account at any time without incurring any costs by sending a request to shop@koreanheadspa.eu.
By confirming an order via the "Buy and Pay" button (or a similarly worded button), the customer:

Submits an offer to the Seller to purchase the selected Products under the chosen order options and these Terms;

Accepts the obligation to pay the price of the Products and associated delivery costs.
A sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is concluded when the Seller accepts the order for processing (accepting the customer’s offer), which is confirmed via an email notification.
If the Seller is unable to fulfil an order (in whole or in part), the customer will be informed, and no Contract will be formed. The Seller will also inform the customer of alternative solutions, such as partial order fulfilment or waiting for stock replenishment. If the order was prepaid and cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will promptly refund the customer.
The Seller provides the customer with confirmation of the Contract on a durable medium no later than at the time of Product delivery.
The Store is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by the customer providing incomplete/incorrect delivery details or failing to provide necessary information for order fulfilment.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend order processing if the customer has provided false data or if there is a reasonable doubt regarding the accuracy of the provided information. In such cases, the Seller will attempt to contact the customer to verify the details.
Prices and Payment Methods Product prices are displayed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Delivery costs are displayed separately in the shopping basket, depending on the delivery method selected by the customer.
Available payment methods are detailed on the Store’s "Payment Methods" page and presented during the checkout process.
The Store offers the following payment methods:

Traditional bank transfer to the Seller’s account;

Instant electronic transfer / BLIK / payment via virtual wallets through:

Shoper Payments (Autopay).

If the customer selects traditional bank transfer, payment must be made within 2 days of placing the order. If no payment is received within this period, the Contract is considered void, except in cases where the Seller offers deferred or instalment payment options via an external provider.
For payments made via Shoper Payments, online payment processing is handled by Autopay S.A..
Product Delivery Product delivery options:

Via courier service.
Unless otherwise stated, an order is considered completed when the shipment is handed over to the courier. The actual delivery time depends on the courier.
The Seller ships orders within 2 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page at the time of ordering. Estimated delivery times are detailed in the "Delivery Time" section on the Store’s website.
Standard shipping is available within Poland at the rates specified in the "Delivery Costs" section. International shipping is available at the rates listed on the website or as individually agreed with the customer.
Right to Withdraw from the Contract Customers who are consumers or entitled business customers have the statutory right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the Product without providing a reason, subject to exceptions outlined below.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a statement:

Electronically to shop@koreanheadspa.eu, or

In writing to ul. Smardzowska 91C, 52-234 Wroclaw.
The Seller will confirm receipt of the withdrawal notice via email.
Within the next 14 days, the customer must return the Product at their own expense to ul. Smardzowska 91C, 52-234 Wroclaw.
The Seller will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice for:

The Product price;
-
The original delivery cost based on the cheapest available shipping option.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product is returned or proof of shipment is provided.
Final Provisions Polish law governs Contracts made through the Store. The Contract is concluded in Polish.
None of the provisions of these Terms limit consumer rights under applicable law.
The Seller may amend these Terms at any time, with changes applicable to orders placed after the updated Terms are published. Customers with active Accounts will be notified of the update and may reject the new Terms if they wish.
These Terms are effective from 09-03-2025.
